A deposit is required to secure and confirm a reservation.
This deposit will also serve as a security deposit.

Security Deposit Return:
After a satisfactory inspection of the property, the deposit will come by mail.
Any damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from deposit.

Pets:
absolutely no cats.

Refunds:
No refunds will be made due to weather, late arrivals, early departures or "no shows"

A full refund of the reservation deposit with at least 30 day notice.

No refund with less than 30 day notice.
